Yes, we finally made it down to Moses’ California office. “We” being Moses’ “virtual” team! During our visit we got to see his office set-up, meet some of his new friends and associates, and….

Yes, we have the final footage for the much anticipated DVD to help you Wake Up the Healer in YOU!

So stay tuned… We expect to be ready to launch the DVD near the end of July.

Tap into your intuition to begin the healing process

To set an intention for healing, ask yourself, “What is the most basic change that will help me?”. Then listen.

Ask this question in a state of quiet meditation and open your mind to the answer. You may hear things like, “My tumor is dissolving.” “My body is strong.” “My immune system is amazing.” “My diet is whole and nutritious.”

Once a clear and simple statement has come to you that describes an important change, internalize it. Believe it.

It’s good to tap into your intuition to begin the healing process. And remember to keep reviewing your answers. With time you may get a new answer which is indicating a new change to make a shift in your healing process.

Foods that fuel our energy

When you think about your body’s energy system you probably don’t think too much about the types of foods that you eat. Because our body’s energy is invisible to most of us you might think that it would thrive on energy, prayer, meditation, or other spiritual development stuff… you know, “food for the soul”.

However, that is not enough to sustain our physical bodies (at least for most of us) and we need to think about feeding our physical energy body with the appropriate high energy sources as well. Whenever you feel misaligned you might want to also check to see if you are not eating the foods that fuel a particular chakra. Or perhaps you are overeating in one particular energy range.

We can do our part in helping bring balance to our chakras and overall well-being by including a balanced diet into our energy formula.

Working with animals and other things

A very common question is whether or not we can use energy healing techniques on animals. And the simplest answer is — yes! We are all energy. Everything is energy. So just as we can work with and see and boost the energy of another human being, we can help animals as well. Plants too for that matter. The water you drink can get an energy boost before you drink it…

Be creative. Energy healing can be as simple as a blessing or more involved, such as giving an Energy Link Healing session on a dog, cat, or horse.

Fill your heart, mind, and body with the healing energy of love and you can pass that on to anyone and anything that you choose. Have fun!

Holding a positive expectation for healing

When you hold a positive expectation that your body CAN heal, and knows HOW to heal (even if you don’t intellectually know how, the body has a blueprint of wholeness that it can tap into), you will automatically begin to lift and increase your energy vibration. The real trick is truly believing (not just saying it), and accepting where you are at the present moment of your healing experience.

Even if you need to start at “I don’t know if it is possible to heal this or not, however, I’m willing to see what happens.”. This statement is allowing yourself to be honest yet also being open to unknown possibilities.

The other two very important aspects to work with and understand during your healing journey are intention and attention. “Where your attention goes, energy flows”.

Healing pain on all levels

Any form of suffering, physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual can create pain. Each person can experience pain in a unique way. It can be simple and immediate — such as headaches and injuries. Or more enduring and complex, such as stress and anxiety, tumors, or grief.

No matter the form, pain is a message from the mind, body, and soul saying “Something is not right. Please do something to fix this.”

Emotional pain and physical pain are usually very closely related. Think about ulcers or indigestion — how does stress affect those conditions? Breathing problems have been associated with sadness. Kidney problems with shock or trauma. And people with liver conditions may want to look at the anger in their lives being bottled up. (See Louise Hay’s book You Can Heal Your Life below.)

Once you recognize that all pain is related (physical pain to emotional pain, emotional pain to mental pain, mental pain to spiritual pain) you can begin to find effective treatments that deal with the whole being, mind, body, and soul.
