Fibromyalgia

“Before the session started I put on a music CD and headphones. Laid down and put myself into relaxation mode, closing my eyes. Whithin seconds I felt heat on my head and then became aware that my feet got very warm. During the session I felt energy running down my arms into my hands in a similar manner as when I had the nerves in my arms checked. I also felt pressure on my ears and on my chest and abdomen. I felt `bubbles` rise up into my mouth and I felt gas moving in my lower abdomen.

While this was going on I was feeling myself rising and falling from light to very deep meditative state. At one point I had a very emotional vision and I felt myself crying. I came awake, wiped the tears and willed myself into meditation again. This time I went very deep and out of myself. I was aware of white light and also yellow and green light. I had another `vision/experience`. I felt I spoke out loud. A little later I had the thought to tell Moses I felt like I was anaesthetised or coming out of anaesthetic. My arms were so heavey I could hardly move them. A.D.D.
